By using JugaaduGPT you agree to the terms below. They are deliberately short. If anything is unclear, email us before using the service.
Eligibility
JugaaduGPT is in private beta. Access is by invitation. You may use the service only if Enso Intelligence Labs, Inc. has explicitly authorised your account.
Acceptable use
- Use the service for your own personal or professional work.
- Do not use it to harass, defraud, threaten, or impersonate other people.
- Do not use it to generate content that violates the laws of your jurisdiction or the United States.
- Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, security measures, or the read-and-draft trust contract.
- Do not share your account access with anyone else.
The trust contract
JugaaduGPT operates strictly on a read-and-draft basis. Every output passes through your review before any real-world action is taken. We will not send email, book travel, place calls, post to social platforms, or move money on your behalf. If a future version offers narrower autonomous capability, it will require your explicit per-capability approval.

Service availability
JugaaduGPT depends on third-party services (Anthropic, WhatsApp via 360dialog, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Google Cloud, Supabase, Vercel). Uptime is best-effort during private beta. Outages, partial functionality, and quality regressions are possible without notice.
No warranty
The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. AI outputs can be wrong. Always verify factual claims before acting on them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enso Intelligence Labs, Inc., its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service. We will give reasonable notice when possible.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
Changes
We may update these terms; the “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated to active users.
